Founder and Vision
Jiri Zmidloch, Founder and CEO
Jiri co-founded Z-AGENCY in 2013 and has spent more than a decade building it into a specialized operator of corporate events and teambuilding across Central Europe. In 2021 he acquired full ownership and began investing heavily in technology. Process Gate AI grew out of that work as the R&D arm, developing internal tools for Z-AGENCY and subsequently releasing them as public SaaS products.
Today, Jiri leads a small product team building 6 production systems simultaneously, all powered by AI-assisted development. He is a practical builder, not a theorist: every product he ships is used by Z-AGENCY first, proving its real-world viability before customer release.
Based in Brno, Czech Republic, with operations across Central Europe. Jiri manages the company through rapid prototyping cycles powered by Claude AI and n8n, reducing time-to-market from months to weeks. His engineering philosophy prioritizes consistency across all projects: same tech stack, same team, same operational standards.

From Event Operations to AI Products
Why We Build
Every product we build exists because Z-AGENCY needed it first. We ran corporate events for a decade before we built our own tech. We managed instructors manually before we built payroll systems. We created social content in spreadsheets before we built Marketing Hub. Dogfooding is not optional here. It is how we know if something works.
How We Work
We use AI-assisted development as our default. Claude Code is our primary development environment, n8n handles workflow automation, and we prototype from idea to production in days, not months. Our entire tech stack is intentionally consistent: Next.js for web, React Native for mobile, TypeScript for safety, Supabase for the database, Stripe for payments, Vercel for deployment.
Consistency is survival when you are a small team managing a dozen products. We avoid shiny new frameworks and instead invest deeply in depth: better architecture, cleaner code, faster iteration. Claude AI and Gemini AI run in production every day, orchestrated through n8n automation pipelines.
