What We Build

Built From Real Needs

These capabilities emerged from Z-AGENCY operations: corporate events, teambuilding, and our gaming platform TerraHunt. Everything here exists because we needed it first.

01

SaaS Products

QRlytics started as an internal tool for tracking QR codes at Z-AGENCY events. It grew into a full public SaaS with web and mobile apps. This is how most of our products start. We build what we need, then open it up.

What this includes

  • Next.js web applications with App Router
  • React Native mobile apps (iOS + Android) with Expo
  • Supabase for database, auth, and real-time subscriptions
  • Stripe web payments and RevenueCat mobile billing
  • Multi-tier subscription systems
  • Admin dashboards and user management

QRlytics: started as a Z-AGENCY internal tool, now a public QR analytics platform on web, iOS, and Android.

AI Pipelines

Content Studio was built for Z-AGENCY client content delivery. Multi-agent AI workflows that generate, verify, and deliver articles autonomously. Not chatbots, but real production pipelines that run every day without supervision.

What this includes

  • Multi-agent AI workflows (10+ agents per pipeline)
  • Content generation with quality gates
  • AI image generation and style analysis
  • Cross-project deduplication
  • n8n workflow automation (30-80+ nodes per workflow)
  • Claude AI, Gemini AI, and OpenRouter integration

Content Studio: Z-AGENCY internal content platform with 10 specialized AI agents and branded email delivery.

Self-Hosted Infrastructure

Everything runs on infrastructure we control. Self-hosted Supabase on European servers, Vercel deployments, n8n automation. We do not hand things off to managed services when we can own the stack.

What this includes

  • Self-hosted Supabase on European servers
  • Vercel deployments with CI/CD pipelines
  • Error monitoring with Sentry + Airtable integration
  • Automated blog generation and SEO indexing
  • n8n automation for operational workflows
  • Multi-environment setup (production, staging, preview)

External Projects

Want to Build Something Similar?

We primarily build for ourselves, for Z-AGENCY operations and TerraHunt. But we occasionally take on external projects when they are interesting and aligned with what we already know how to build well.

If you need a production SaaS application, an AI automation pipeline, or self-hosted infrastructure similar to what we run, we are open to a conversation. No pitch deck required. Just tell us what you need.

Process

How We Work

Our approach is straightforward. We start by understanding your actual problem, propose a solution grounded in what we know how to build, and then execute it with the same rigor we use for our own products.

1

Discovery

We spend time understanding your actual workflow, constraints, and success metrics. Not what you think you need, but what will genuinely move the needle.

2

Proposal

We propose a solution using proven patterns from our own systems. If we have not built something similar, we will tell you honestly.

3

Delivery

We build and operate it. Documentation and handoff are included. If it is critical, we often continue operating it ourselves.

FAQ

Common Questions

Do you take on projects outside of SaaS?

Yes, but we work best with projects where we can apply our core strengths: full-stack web/mobile development, AI automation, real-time data systems, and subscription billing. If your project aligns with that, even if the domain is new to us, we can help. If it requires deep expertise in something we have not built before (machine vision, blockchain, etc.), we will tell you upfront.

What does the engagement process look like?

We start with a discovery call where you describe the problem. Then we propose a scope, timeline, and approach based on our experience. No long RFP or requirements document needed. Once you are comfortable, we build. We typically deliver in phases with regular demos and feedback loops.

Do you provide ongoing support after launch?

It depends on the project. For mission-critical systems, we often continue operating them alongside you. For others, we hand off complete documentation and a team handoff. We are flexible and can work out what makes sense for your situation.

How do you approach scaling and security?

Scaling is built in from day one. We design for multi-tenancy, database optimization, and CDN distribution. Security means encryption in transit and at rest, Row-Level Security policies, API authentication, and regular audits. These are not afterthoughts. They are part of the architecture from the start.

What is your typical project timeline?

A typical SaaS MVP takes 8-16 weeks depending on complexity. Full-featured products (multi-platform, AI pipelines, billing) take 4-6 months. We work in phases so you can see progress and provide feedback early. Exact timeline depends on scope, so the discovery call helps us nail that down.

Have an interesting project?

We occasionally take on external work. If you have an idea worth exploring, let us know. No commitment, just a conversation.
