Real products we designed, built, and operate in production. Each project below is a live system serving real users.
We do not build portfolio projects from client specifications. Everything below exists because we needed it first. QRlytics came from tracking QR codes at Z-AGENCY events. LearnSkill emerged from internal training requirements. TerraHunt is our core product for GPS-based team experiences. Payroll manages our distributed instructor network. And our automation infrastructure (content generation, email delivery, monitoring) powers all of it.
This is deliberate. When you build for yourself, you operate what you build. You live with the compromises, scale the bottlenecks, fix the bugs at 3am when something fails in production. You care deeply because it is not someone else's code running on someone else's infrastructure. That accountability produces better systems.
Each product here runs in production right now, serving real users and generating real revenue. The tech stack, architecture patterns, and operational practices are battle-tested. This is not what we think works in theory. It is what we know works because we use it every day.
