Why We Built This
The Problem
Z-AGENCY runs multiple client projects simultaneously across different teams and departments. Tracking who works on what, managing deadlines, and maintaining visibility across projects was scattered between spreadsheets, emails, and chat messages. No single source of truth for project status.
The Solution
We built Task Hub as a centralized internal platform where all projects, tasks, and assignments live in one place. Team leads assign work, track progress, and manage deadlines. Everyone sees what matters to them -- their own tasks, their team's projects, and upcoming deadlines -- without the noise of tools designed for external collaboration.
